Thank you for submitting your grant application to the North Georgia Electric Membership Foundation’s Operation Round Up Grant Program.

After ORU Trustees review the applications and make their decisions, you will be notified by mail (usually within 90 days of the deadline).

Last year, ORU awarded 154 grants to organizations, charities, and schools totaling $365,110.

ORU is made possible by members who participate by rounding up their bills.  By sharing the story of ORU with your friends, co-workers, and family, you may help increase participation in the worthwhile program.  A few key points to share:

—100% of contributions go directly back into the local community in the form of grants.
—$365,110 was awarded to nonprofits and schools in 2021 ($102,500 through the Education Strategy and $262,610 through the competitive grant application process).
